Andrew T. Crawford Ironworks is the birthplace of the Heavy Metal Rocker. The guys who build these things are not wimpy. They’re strong and smart. Birthing one of these babies is a process of planning, hard work and loud noise. After all, this is a blacksmith shop.

And now to the welding to complete the frame:
To the arms and seat. Water under extreme pressure cuts through a sheet of heavy steel to get the basic shapes for the seat and arm rests. Yes, water. Wanna stick your finger in there just to see? Don’t.
Now the pieces are pounded, shaped and polished. Did I mention that this is HARD and LOUD work?
